U.S. Apostilles
In the U.S. there are 3 tiers of authorities who issues apostilles:
- Federal Agency Documents - the U.S. Department of State Authentications Office
- Federal Court Documents - the clerks and deputy clerks of the federal courts
- State documents - Generally the Secretary of State of the U.S. State.
