U.S. General Douglas Fraser Visits Honduras for Joint Task Force-Bravo Change of Command

SOTO CANO AIRBASE, HONDURAS - General Douglas Fraser, Commander of U.S. Southern Command, traveled to Soto Cano airbase on Tuesday, June 19 to attend the change of command ceremony for the new commander of U.S. Joint Task Force-Bravo (JTF-B), Colonel Guy A. Lemire.  Colonel Lemire replaces Colonel Ross A. Brown, who completed his thirteen month assignment as JTF-B commander.

While at Soto Cano, General Fraser met with U.S. Ambassador to Honduras Lisa Kubiske, Secretary of State for Defense Marlon Pascua, and Chief of Staff of the Honduran Armed Forces General Rene Osorio Canales, who also attended the ceremony, to discuss joint U.S.-Honduran security efforts.
