Passport Return and Delivery

Passports with visas are normally ready two or three working days after the interview, and will be returned through the Cargo Expreso courier service.
Applicants should take the receipt to the Cargo Expreso representative who is in the office just outside the Consular Section's waiting room. The fee for sending a passport by Cargo Expreso is Lps. 130.00 for a passport to be delivered in Tegucigalpa, Lps. 145.00 for a passport delivered to San Pedro Sula, and Lps. 165.00 to other cities in Honduras. For a passport delivered to Roatan (Bay Islands), the fee is Lps. 165.00 plus the ferry fee of Lps. 65.00, making a total of Lps. 230.00. These prices include the sales tax.
