Instructions to Obtain a Police Certificate
 

All immigrant visa applicants need to present a police certificate from the country of their nationality, the country of the applicant’s residence at the time of visa interview, and for any other country in which the applicant has resided for one year or more.  Note that police certificates are not required for minors under the age of 16.

For those applicants requesting their police certificate (Constancia de Antecedentes Policiales) in Honduras they should contact the:

Please Note: The validity of the Police Certificate is for six months only and it is only accepted from Comayaguela.  Please take your Honduran ID (cedula) original and a copy.
