OF DEATH ABROAD OF A U.S. CITIZEN
There is no fee for this service. Original documentation is required. In order to obtain a Report of Death Abroad, the following documents must be submitted to the U.S. Embassy: 1. Medical certificate showing cause of
death. If the body is being transported to the United States or in transit to another country for burial, the following documents are required: 1. Medical certificate showing cause of
